Artist's Comments

Just screwed around with designing a guitar, and came out with this. I'm pretty proud of it.. if I had the woodwork skills, I'd love to make it real.

I made an alternate design, but I won't have a chance to make it accurate until later.

Heh, the body of it is well awesome!
It's got the mean sharpness to the edges, which I love about Ibanez RG220 (which is MINE), or any Ibanez in general.

I may have to complain about the headstock though. :P A bit much on detail, but only slightly. Edginess is always better in my opinion.
And it seems a bit squashed, the headstock. But it looks pretty good.

Yet another critic jab: 23 frets, aye? And they all are equally spaced, too. XD

My god, it's not even tuned right. lol

Nah, but really, its pretty cool. I seriously lack at originality, so I could never make something look as cool as this.
Send this to Motley (1andonlywhitie) and he'll spruce it real totally gravy-like with his mad cartoon skills!

Heh, thanks E.

I must admit, I had been looking at a few Ibanez styles before I drew this - specifically, the Yamaha copy of the SA series - it's the same body with a different headstock.

I suppose the headstock is a little squashed, but I preferred that shape to some of the others I tried.

Yes, indeed, 23 frets, like the factory error late 60's rerelease strats by the Mexican Fender factory. In joke with one of my friends, but you'll notice they're actually not spaced evenly, just they're not quite perfectly set up - I really just played that bit by ear, so as to speak.

Whitie's watching me, so I'm sure he'll come across it at some point in the near future :P
